I know it has been 1.5 months since your post, but since you never got a serious reply, I figured I would give some advice. I think you are playing it about right, but I would tighten up a little bit preflop. I wouldn't play hands like QJs or J10s from early position because with that many people in, you are more likely to get coolered and make a 2nd best hand. From the way it sounds, others are playing nearly any2 and certainly suited aces and kings, which is going to be a real possibility when you hit a flush. I would play this game trying to hit NUT hands. A-high flushes, nutstraights and sets are really what to play for. Position is huge so that you have some control over the crazy betting, which is why I would tighten up oop and toss those suited connector hands (as well as smaller suited connectors). I would also toss K-10 off and the like in any multi raised pot, even in position. These hands aren't going to make you any money and you are going to get into a lot of weird spots against crazies. (do you stay in with K-10 on a K high or 10 high board). Post flop will be somewhat read-dependent and somewhat just calling and hoping. Ram and Jam with the nut hands. You have to be ok with losing some money here and there trying to hit your hands, but when you do, you will rake in monsters. One last thing I would throw in, that others may disagree with, is that I would play hands like JJ-99, maybe QQ as set mines (obv 88 and lower too) and not continue post flop very often if you don't hit. With a lot of people in, someone is likely to have you beat or catch you throughout the hand even if you have the best hand on the flop. (ex. you see a 6 way, multi raise flop w/ JJ and the flop comes 8-7-5, looks somewhat good, but you might already be beat and are probably up against tons of outs and there will def be scare cards.) Good Luck if you are still playing in the game!
