OK - tryed multiple tables today on PokerStars

I was profitable on both tables - increasing my hourly win rate BUT I found my play suffered a bit on each individual table.

Is this to be expected or do I just need more practise playing multiple tables

I found myself using auto check buttons - which probably isnt a good thing.

Do you (or does anyone else) know if hooking up 2 monitors will stop my screen from jumping back and forth. Fold AA once by accident and it will really piss you off.

you dont need two monitors but with a video card you can have a two monitor set up and some prefer that. if you get a 19-21 inch monitor with 1600x1200 min resolution you can play 4 tables with no overlap which makes it much easier, IMO. no matter what kind of monitor you have you should be able to make tha tables smaller and stagger them so you wont accidently fold a hand. just lower the resolution and drag on to one side and the other to the other side.

After i folded quads on accident due to multi-table play, i bought a larger monitor. It seems to have helped, i havent folded quads since.

Yes, the 1600x1200 resolution is the way to go. That's what I use.

4 Stars tables fit perfectly without any overlap. On big monitors (like the 20-21 inchers), the print doesn't even look that small. You'll get used to it.
