Today I received a phone call from full tilt regarding the hand history issue. Unfortunately, I was asleep when they called so I missed it, but as soon as I talk to them I will post another update, I have a good feeling they will be doing the right thing and releasing the HH as soon as I talk to them about it.
Now I would like to address some of the misconceptions and some more information regarding the whole TLK situation...
First off I am not suddenly bringing this issue up again for like the 4th time out of the blue. In fact I had finally let this go after the last time I brought it up about 10 months ago or so. At that time I had asked Full Tilt to do an investigation into the matches we played in limit holdem in the 500-1k and 1k-2k limits. I wanted them to look into both our heads up matches and short handed games we played together in. They emailed me back as mentioned before and assured me there was no unfair play. It didn't occur to me at that time to press and press as many of you know is necessary to go through the hoops after continual rejections to all of the requests for hand histories, adding my own on top of an unfulfilled pile. Not until now when they wouldn't release the HH to Jakz101poker did I ever question that the investigation was done properly. I would never have even brought this up again if Jakz101poker had not contacted me about his issue. So to sum it all up, while I was suspicious, I never accused anyone of cheating personally. Now things are different.
Ironically he was only asking for his hand histories so that he can look back at how he used to play Omaha 8/better and wanted to see them to try to make some changes and improve his game. When he was unable to get the hand histories that is when the suspicion of TexasLimitKing was discussed for like the 5th time now between us. The hand histories is just one of many suspicious things linking to the TexasLimitKing issue and with examples like the 44 vs 33 hand, but without all the hand histories, clearly we could only speculate.
Someone posted that I am bringing this up because I couldnt accept the fact someone came along that was better than me so therefore I concluded he must be cheating. I have been beaten by different people and never once have I ever accused anyone of them of cheating. TexasLimitKing is the only player over all my years of playing, that I have ever have made even an insinutation against. Most of the factors are being discussed but are clearly only speculation until hand histories are available. Recently there was a thread in which Patrick and Lodden were cheated and I recall Patrick saying something didnt feel right, and sure enough when he bought a new computer the player refused to play him. Since the reason for him getting the new computer (and ultimately proving that this was the solution to being cheated), that feeling rings familiar with me. Of course I don't believe I had a virus on my computer, nor that this (if cheating) would be carried out the same way - but there are clear indications by a person's play and I had these same unusual feelings that the play wasn't quite normal.
To address comments made that I was on drugs, high, or in any way out of it, I say this. Not only is this not true, but what I'm asking for is not to rely on my state of mind, nor is it to trust my feelings under any influence of anything. I am simply making a very logical and largely agreed with point that until the HH's are released we all speculate and can do nothing but. Whether I was drunk all day or not, integrity is not the issue. I want the truth just like anyone who believes they are in the right and the HH would prove there was cheating or alleviate any suspicion for all eternity.
If you still believe that I am just over suspicious, fine. If all the strange series of beats, the disappearance after millions won, and other unusual coincidental facts don't move you, add one more to the list. Let's remember that TLK was challenged by many huge poker pro's offering such luxeries as first class flights, etc. to play live at LA casinos - he turned all these requests down. He just liked playing in his pajamas. Perhaps he had a fear of flying. Or perhaps this is one more unusual "always/never" type of fact that lends itself to a pattern of someone who played one way in one place all the time because this is how/why/when/where he had his edge. Again, the hand histories will tell all, and I for one hope all is told.

Why would they delay sending you HH's, is this delay so they can doctor them??, there should be no issues with them sending you any hands you have played in
I'll be interested in hearing what FTP says. They have not tried to call me.
