If you frequent Atlantic City there is no better place to play poker than The Borgata poker room. You’ll find everything from small Limit and N/L games to high limit mixed games. For those of you stuck somewhere in the middle of that pack more recently they have been spreading a $10-$20 Limit Omaha H/L -Stud H/L mixed game. It may only go on the weekends, I don’t know. What I do know is that the tournament fields at the Borgata are usually very soft and there are always plenty of entries, which means bigger prize pools. The Borgata and the WPT have cut out one major tournament and that was January’s WPT event. The buy-in was reduced from $10K to $3K, and while that might have deterred most of the West Coast professionals from attending it made the field a lot easier for the local pros and participants. In recent years the Borgata has become more famous for its deep stack events with large guarantees, giving participants $50K in starting chips in smaller buy-in events. This coming March there will be a $500K Deep Stack poker tournament. The tournament will take place on March 21-24 and will have a buy-in of $1500 + $150. Each player will receive $30,000 in starting chips and there will be two “Day-1” start days. Information on the satellite tournaments and main tournament structure can be found on this page: http://www.theborgata.com/Main.cfm?Category_1=3000&Category_2=3500&Category_3=3510&SchedulePageID=85EAF179-F12E-C0C7-68E418A6C7EF31FD You’ll need a Borgata card to register for the tournament. It is always wise to use your card when playing in the live games as well so that you can earn points that can be applied to your room, or be used for food. To make reservations call the Borgata at 609-317-1000 and ask for Poker Reservations. They should connect you to Mabel and she’ll take care of everything for you. If anyone has any questions feel free to PM me.

NeverwinPoker.com (NWP) was formerly an uncensored poker forum run into the ground by donkeys. It is now the exclusive home of Dustin 'Neverwin' Woolf.  Dustin did the right thing and took ownership back of his site before it was too late. Yes that's right: Micon is gone!  NWP provides valuable tools for our community members. We offer rakeback deals as well as the best bonuses anywhere for a number of US online poker rooms and sweet NWP promotions. We specialize in providing our members with the inside information they need to choose the very best internet poker sites. Check out Dustin's blog and leave comments, he loves hearing from fans, friends and foes alike.
