Most overrated is probably Phil Gordon or Jerry Yang!.. Phil Gordon for a guy writing so many books i haven't seen that many wins at all... and i follow poker pretty hard...one ME final table i believe before the fields blew up and i think a both a preliminary wpt and wsop final a couple of times.. sorry but not that great for a pro who plays a ton of tourneys.... and writes books telling other people how to play...

Phil doesn't play too often anymore due to the WPT lawsuit, so it limits the number of tournaments he plays in. However, he does have a WPT title, five WSOP final tables, one WSOP main event final table, and only a few months ago he finished 4th at WSOP circuit event. Phil is a very goodplayer, but I don't think anyone in poker would say he is in the top echelon of players. I mean it is really hard to gauge due to his limited playing schedule.

It seems overrated goes with winning the Main Event.

Best possible hand in Poker

Two principal ways are used to determine rank of low hands. The more common way is for an Ace to play low, and for straights and flushes to be ignored. Thus the lowest possible hand is a 5432A. The second low ranking method is "Kansas City" or "deuce to seven" method, where Aces are high and straights and flushes do count. With this method, the best possible hand is a 75432. In both cases hands are compared in terms of the number they create, from highest card to lowest -- 87653 defeats 95432. If a joker is used, it serves as the lowest missing card.
