Only Players who have never made a deposit throughout the Action Poker Network are eligible. Subsequent accounts not eligible. Minimum $10.00. Bonus cannot be combined with any other bonus promotion.

First deposit must be made by December 31st 2007, 11:59pm (EST).

Promotional funds deposited into a player's account by any entity other than the player are not eligible.

Redeeming the first deposit bonus requires the player to play enough hands to redeem 12 POP for every $1 US deposited from the day of the deposit. Any pre-existing POP will not count towards the POP requirements for this bonus. For example if a player deposits $250 dollars, in order to receive their $250, they must play enough hands to satisfy 3000 POP from the day of the deposit.

Players will have 45 days from the time they make their first eligible deposit to meet the POP requirements.

Players are only allowed one active account. The name on a player's ActionPoker.com account must match the name on their payment method(s) used to make the deposit or the bonus will be void.

Bonuses will be credited to the player's account instantly once the required amount of Player Option Points (POP) is earned.

Software

The software at Action Poker is licensed through Action Poker Network (APN) and is constantly being updated to produce the most advanced online multiplayer gaming technology.

Although there are some annoyances when you initially download the software, once you get logged in and connected to the client, everything runs very smoothly. The tabs let you select your game type with ease, the lobby is efficiently designed, and table statistics readily visible.

The tables are well done, without flashy graphics. Very sharp cards and animations. Options include a 4 color deck, and a choice of "poker style" (large cards) or "classic style," which remands the cards to an image that looks like a regular pack of cards. You can alter the speed of the animations, and setting this on to the highest value makes the chip and card movements extremely smooth even when multi-tabling.

An enjoyable feature is the buddy, which enables you to chat to any online buddies and immediately jump to any tables that they are playing on. Obviously this little attribute can be used as a donk-locator.
